Giftcards.ng provides a platform for purchasing digital gift cards from various brands. All transactions are processed securely through Paystack.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Purchases and Payment

• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN)
• Payment must be completed before gift card delivery
• We accept payments via Paystack
• All sales are final - digital products are non-refundable

5. Gift Card Delivery

• Gift cards are delivered via email within 5-10 minutes
• Check spam folder if not received
• Contact support if delivery exceeds 30 minutes

6. Refund Policy

Digital gift cards are non-refundable once delivered. Refunds may be considered only if:

• Technical error prevented delivery
• Wrong product was delivered
• Duplicate charge occurred

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
• Resell gift cards purchased from our platform
• Share account credentials

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks on this site are property of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

Giftcards.ng is not responsible for issues with third-party gift card providers or redemption problems.
